The PrNd market was stable with few market inquiries. Low-priced oxide supplies tightened, and cost support strengthened, leading metal factories to maintain firm quotes and showing reluctance to sell at low prices. Market inquiry enthusiasm was not high, and magnet manufacturers frequently pressed for lower prices, resulting in only small order restocks. Prices for Dy and Tb were adjusted downwards due to low restocking sentiment and high raw material costs, leading to a downward shift in mainstream quotes and a subdued trading atmosphere with few actual transactions.
