Consequently, metal quotes stabilized, and downstream purchasing sentiment was stable, predominantly focused on restocking for corresponding orders, with little intention to build inventory. Metal factories faced pressure with ongoing shipping challenges. The Dy and Tb markets continued to show a weak downward trend, with ample inventory and subdued demand, making it difficult to halt price declines. Metal factories quoted low prices, leading to poor shipments.
