As the weekend approached, the PrNd market held relatively firm. Oxide quotes saw a slight increase with decent inquiry activity, while low-priced supplies tightened. Long-term contracts were replenished as needed, supported by cost factors, prompting metal factories to adjust their quotes accordingly. Merchants showed low interest in low-priced shipments and were cautious with their quotes. High-end downstream receiving capacity was limited, leading to an overall stagnant transaction environment. The Dy and Tb markets continued to show weakness, with oxide quotes at low levels and insufficient cost-side support, leading to corresponding reductions in metal quotes. The inquiry atmosphere was subdued, and overall shipment conditions were poor.
