On August 2nd, the average prices for PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal reported by Asian Metal remained stable at 370,500 yuan per ton and 457,500 yuan per ton, respectively. The PrNd market experienced narrow fluctuations. Upstream oxide prices saw a slight decrease, leading to an overall increase in shipments. High-level shipments were sluggish, and metal factories mainly adjusted prices, with firm quotations still prevailing and mainstream prices above 460,000 yuan per ton. However, downstream magnet manufacturers showed poor demand and insufficient order follow-up, resulting in weak downward price transmission. Driven by news, Dy and Tb Oxides saw significant increases, leading to rises in metal quotes, with downstream inquiries being made as needed.
