Metal manufacturers raised their prices accordingly, while downstream magnet manufacturers’ concentrated tenders for replenishment boosted market confidence. The Dy and Tb markets saw quotations move higher with firm manufacturer prices and scarce low-priced stock, leading to purchases driven by immediate needs.
