With low-cost inventory being scarce, metal quotes saw slight increases. Metal manufacturers maintained high prices, showing little interest in low-priced deals, as downstream purchasing was largely driven by immediate needs. In the Dy and Tb markets, prices trended upward as well, with both quote and transaction prices rising, coupled with tightening low-stock inventory.
