On August 28th, Asian Metal reported that the average prices for PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal held steady at 402,500 yuan per ton and 497,500 yuan per ton, respectively. The PrNd market experienced a slight pullback, with pressure mounting on high-priced oxide shipments, prompting some tentative price reductions. Metal prices largely consolidated, with a weak inquiry atmosphere prevailing. Downstream magnet manufacturers took a cautious approach, showing limited purchasing capacity and a wait-and-see attitude toward procurement. Metal manufacturers reported average production and sales figures. Meanwhile, prices for Dy and Tb edged downward, impacted by poor demand and a lack of significant orders. Low-priced supplies began to surface, and metal manufacturers faced sluggish shipments.
