On August 30th, Asian Metal reported that the average prices for PrNd Oxide rose by 3,000 yuan to 405,500 yuan per ton, while PrNd mischmetal prices saw a slight increase to 498,500 yuan per ton, up by 1,000 yuan. The PrNd market continued its upward trajectory, driven by limited spot availability from separation plants, which led to firm quotes and a reluctance to sell. Metal manufacturers struggled to replenish low-cost raw materials, resulting in cautious shipment activity. Downstream enterprises mostly adopted a wait-and-see stance in anticipation of next week’s listed rare earth product prices. The Dy and Tb markets remained subdued; Dy prices held weakly stable, while Tb prices experienced a decline.
