On September 10th, Asian Metal reported that the average price of PrNd Oxide dropped by 10,000 yuan to 428,500 yuan per ton, while PrNd mischmetal also fell by 10,000 yuan, landing at 526,500 yuan per ton. The Praseodymium Neodymium market faced a soft downturn, with weakened market sentiment and instability among merchants. Oxide prices fell quickly due to a lack of cost support, causing metal prices to follow suit. Inquiry activity remained low, with metal manufacturers showing little enthusiasm for quoting. Magnet manufacturers largely took a wait-and-see stance, making few purchases. The Dy and Tb markets also trended downward, as oxide prices slipped and raw material trends faltered. Combined with weak metal demand and inverted pricing, overall transaction levels were insufficient.
