On September 25th, Asian Metal reported that the average prices for PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal remained stable at 426,500 yuan per ton and 526,500 yuan per ton, respectively. The PrNd market showed signs of weakness, with a subdued inquiry environment and mainstream quotes retracting as cost-side support weakened, leading to corresponding declines in metal quotes. Downstream magnet manufacturers’ orders were mostly concentrated, with major factory tenders nearing completion and no significant new orders from smaller factories, resulting in limited high-level replenishment and a focus on lower-priced inquiries. Dy prices edged upward, as metal factories replenished stock in response to scarce low-priced oxides, driving adjusted metal quotes. Meanwhile, the Tb market remained stable, with factory quotes holding steady.
