The Dy and Tb markets are trending downward, with insufficient inquiries for oxides, causing pressure on high-priced offers. Metal prices are being adjusted downward, with a weak inquiry atmosphere and insufficient purchasing motivation from downstream, resulting in overall stagnant transactions.
