Large magnet manufacturers initiated some procurement tenders, while small and medium-sized enterprises showed low enthusiasm for purchasing. The overall shipment situation for metal manufacturers was unsatisfactory. The Dy and Tb markets showed weakness, with insufficient support for high oxide prices, leading to primarily low procurement inquiries. Cost-side support weakened, resulting in downward adjustments to metal prices, while downstream magnet manufacturers displayed low purchasing intentions, leading to slightly stagnant transactions.
