Inquiry activity was decent, but actual transactions were limited, and downstream magnet manufacturers showed low enthusiasm for purchasing. Dy and Tb product prices remained unchanged, with some support for oxide prices. Metal manufacturers kept quotes stable, while downstream procurement continued pressing for lower prices, resulting in stagnant transaction activity.
