The PrNd market is showing weakness, with insufficient support for oxides and sluggish high-price transactions. As a result, metal prices have been adjusted downward, and inquiry activity remains quiet, leading to limited market transactions. The Dy and Tb markets are running steadily, with reasonable support for oxides and limited low-priced spot availability. Metal manufacturers are keeping quotes stable, while downstream magnet manufacturers are focusing on essential replenishment and pressing for lower prices, resulting in stagnant actual transactions.
