The Dy and Tb markets remained stable but weak, with sluggish market demand and low procurement intentions from downstream magnet manufacturers. Metal manufacturers mainly adjusted in response to cost changes. Low-priced spot goods were still available, and participants continued to observe adjustments in oxide prices.
