Downstream demand was lukewarm, and procurement was cautious, resulting in poor shipment performance from manufacturers. Cost-side support was average, and the PrNd mischmetal market remained stagnant, with downstream magnet manufacturers cautiously entering the market, leading to difficulties for metal manufacturers in making shipments. The Dy and Tb markets showed a downward trend, with oxide prices adjusted downwards. Inquiry activity remained low, and low-priced supplies gradually emerged, but actual transactions were scarce. With insufficient cost-side support, demand stayed weak, leading to declining metal prices.
