On November 18, PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal prices quoted by Asian Metal were 420,500 yuan per ton and 520,500 yuan per ton, respectively, remaining stable compared to the previous day. The PrNd market continued to decline weakly. At the beginning of the week, PrNd Oxide prices dropped, with weak price support and limited overall transactions. Insufficient cost-side support also led to a decline in PrNd mischmetal prices. Merchants were cautious in quoting, with low downstream purchasing sentiment and a prevalent wait-and-see attitude. The Dy and Tb markets continued their weak trend, with oxide prices declining further. The trading atmosphere remained poor, with difficulties in high-price shipments. Raw material performance was weak, and metal orders followed slowly. Metal manufacturers’ quotes continued to decline in a weak manner.
