On November 21, PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal prices quoted by Asian Metal were 406,500 yuan per ton and 506,500 yuan per ton, respectively, down by 7,000 yuan per ton and 9,000 yuan per ton compared to the previous day. The PrNd market continued to weaken, though the decline in upstream oxide prices slowed compared to yesterday. Separation plants had limited low-priced shipments, and large companies still provided some bottom support, limiting further price reductions. Metal prices continued to follow the downward trend, with poor inquiry activity and stagnant transactions. The Dy market remained weak, with insufficient support for high prices and low downstream purchasing interest, resulting in limited actual transactions. Tb Oxide prices showed a slight increase, with tightening low-priced spot supplies. However, procurement by magnet manufacturers remained limited, and the increase in Tb metal prices faced resistance, with quotes holding steady.
