On January 25, PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal prices quoted by Asian Metal were 410,500 yuan per ton and 508,500 yuan per ton, respectively, up by 4,000 yuan per ton and 2,000 yuan per ton compared to the previous day. The PrNd market showed a slight upward trend, with separation companies’ quotes remaining firm. Some companies actively inquired for long-term contract deliveries, and low-priced spot supplies were scarce. Strong cost-side support led to an increase in metal prices. Large magnet manufacturers continued to bid based on demand, while smaller manufacturers remained cautious, mostly adopting a wait-and-see approach. Dy and Tb Oxide prices rose, supported by raw material factors. Prices of Dy and Tb metals also increased, although high-priced shipments still faced pressure.
