The prices of Dy and Tb Oxides decreased, with cautious buying at high prices and insufficient transaction volume. Support from the cost side weakened, keeping metal prices weakly stable. Production and sales data showed poor performance, and downstream magnet manufacturers displayed limited interest in receiving goods.
