The PrNd market remained largely stable, with minimal fluctuations. While prices held steady, inquiry levels were weak, and high-priced sales continued to face resistance. Actual transaction volumes remained scarce, reflecting limited market activity.
The Dy and Tb markets also exhibited stable trends, with oxide prices holding firm but lacking substantial cost-side support. Metal prices maintained a weakly stable position as downstream purchasing power proved insufficient, causing ongoing challenges for metal manufacturers in securing shipments.
