PrNd prices continued their weak decline, with the market showing lackluster activity. The oxide market remained weak and stagnant, while an increase in low-priced metal sales led to noticeable price inversions. Actual transaction volumes were insufficient, and the downward trend persisted, with mainstream quotes falling further.
The Dy and Tb markets also remained weak, with limited inquiry activity and inadequate support from oxide prices. Mainstream metal quotes continued to decline, reflecting ongoing sluggish demand.
