Market inquiries were predominantly directed toward lower-priced options, as cost-side performance remained lackluster. Metal quotes adjusted lower, with large downstream magnet manufacturers issuing limited tenders for metal and small to medium-sized manufacturers reducing their purchasing activities.
The Dy and Tb markets remained generally stable, supported by firm oxide quotes and limited availability of low-priced spot supplies. However, high-level sales continued to face pressure. Metal manufacturers aligned their quotes with current market trends, while downstream buyers exhibited limited purchasing intent, keeping overall transaction volumes low.
