The PrNd market exhibited minor fluctuations, with oxide prices holding steady and limited market volatility. Cost-side support was moderate, but metal prices shifted lower at the low end, while high-end transactions faced difficulties. Inquiry activity remained subdued, and metal producers continued to operate under pressure.
The Dy and Tb markets continued to show strength. Tb Oxide prices increased, while Tb metal prices remained stable despite insufficient demand. Dy prices also held steady, supported by firm oxide prices and consistent metal quotes, reflecting resilience in these segments of the market.
