The PrNd market continued its upward trajectory, with strong support from oxide prices leading to higher mainstream quotes. Metal prices followed suit, with manufacturers maintaining elevated quotes. However, with the Lunar New Year holiday approaching, actual transactions remained limited.
The Dy and Tb markets remained relatively stable, with metal prices unchanged. Inquiry activity was subdued as downstream operations gradually halted for the holiday, leading to weak production and sales data.
