On February 14th, the average quoted prices for PrNd Oxide and PrNd Mischmetal remained stable at 434,500 yuan per ton and 535,500 yuan per ton, respectively. The PrNd market operated steadily, with oxide prices holding firm. However, pressure on high-level sales persisted, and cost-side support remained weak. Metal prices held steady, with large magnet manufacturers issuing tenders, while smaller manufacturers continued restocking in limited quantities. Metal manufacturers reported a lack of strong inquiry activity.
The Dy and Tb markets continued to show weakness, with insufficient support from oxide prices. As a result, metal manufacturers lowered their prices, and the inquiry atmosphere remained subdued, with limited actual transactions.
