On February 20th, the average quoted price for PrNd Oxide increased by 10,000 yuan to 443,500 yuan per ton, while the price for PrNd mischmetal rose by 10,000 yuan to 543,500 yuan per ton. The rare earth market gained momentum, driven by policy-related news, with oxide prices rising first. Metal manufacturers showed some hesitation in their pricing, mainly adjusting according to raw material prices. Downstream magnet manufacturers exhibited reluctance to purchase at higher prices, and many traders took a wait-and-see approach.
Dy and Tb prices increased, with oxide prices rising accordingly. Metal manufacturers raised their quotes, but high-level procurement interest remained weak, and actual transactions were limited.
