The PrNd market operated steadily, with continued support in the oxide market. There was limited willingness to sell at low prices, and merchants were generally optimistic. Cost-side prices remained high, and metal prices stabilized at elevated levels, with significant price inversions at the lower end. Downstream magnet manufacturers were still in a wait-and-see mode, with large manufacturers selectively participating in tenders, while smaller manufacturers remained cautious.
The Dy and Tb markets remained stable, with metal manufacturers continuing to quote at higher levels. Inquiry activity in the market was moderate, with downstream companies purchasing according to their needs.
