On March 4th, the average quoted price for PrNd Oxide on Asian Metal was 442,500 yuan per ton, down 3,000 yuan from the previous day, while the price for PrNd Mischmetal declined by 4,000 yuan to 541,500 yuan per ton. The PrNd market operated on a weaker note, with falling oxide prices, an increase in low-priced spot sales, and a subdued inquiry atmosphere. Insufficient cost-side support led to corresponding downward adjustments in metal prices, with downstream magnet manufacturers showing limited interest in restocking and metal producers struggling to secure sales.
The Dy market remained stable with minimal price fluctuations. Meanwhile, Tb prices held firm, supported by scarce low-priced spot supplies and limited available inventory, contributing to a more bullish sentiment among merchants.
