On March 14th, Asian Metal reported that the average quoted prices for PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal remained unchanged from the previous working day at 444,500 yuan per ton and 542,500 yuan per ton, respectively. The PrNd market continued to operate steadily, with separation enterprises holding stable quotes and cost-side support remaining acceptable. Metal prices remained firm, with moderate market inquiry activity. However, raw material supplies were relatively tight, and metal producers showed little interest in selling at low prices, while downstream magnet manufacturers focused on replenishing locked orders.
In the Dy and Tb markets, prices remained stable overall. Oxide quotes held steady, and low-cost spot supplies remained scarce. Tb oxide quotes were relatively firm, prompting metal manufacturers to adjust their pricing strategies accordingly. Demand remained moderate, primarily driven by immediate procurement needs.
