However, downstream purchasing enthusiasm was subdued, and metal manufacturers continued to face challenges in selling at higher price levels.
The Dy and Tb markets remained mostly stable, with only minor fluctuations, as oxide quotes held relatively steady. Downstream demand was moderate, and production and sales data from metal manufacturers continued to reflect average market conditions.
