On March 18th, Asian Metal reported that the average quoted price for PrNd Oxide remained stable at 444,500 yuan per ton, unchanged from the previous working day, while PrNd mischmetal increased by 2,000 yuan per ton to 544,500 yuan per ton. The PrNd market maintained a steady pace, with few low-priced spot offers on the oxide side, while high-level sales faced continued pressure, leading to a stagnant market trend. Cost-side support remained acceptable, ensuring stable metal prices. However, downstream purchasing enthusiasm was subdued, and metal manufacturers continued to face challenges in selling at higher price levels.
The Dy and Tb markets remained mostly stable, with only minor fluctuations, as oxide quotes held relatively steady. Downstream demand was moderate, and production and sales data from metal manufacturers continued to reflect average market conditions.
