Mainstream quotes remained firm, while downstream purchasing sentiment was subdued, with most participants maintaining a cautious, wait-and-see approach.
The Dy and Tb markets also remained stable, although merchant sentiment was slightly weakened. A few instances of low-priced oxide transactions were reported, attributed to insufficient cost-side support. Additionally, some low-priced metal offers emerged, leading to unsatisfactory transaction volumes.
