On April 1st, Asian Metal reported that the average quoted price for PrNd Oxide remained at 442,500 yuan per ton, and the average quoted price for PrNd mischmetal held steady at 543,500 yuan per ton, unchanged from the previous working day. The PrNd market experienced a slight pullback as overall oxide prices dipped due to weak cost-side support, which in turn led to a downward adjustment in metal prices. Inquiry activity was low, and metal manufacturers continued to face selling pressure. Meanwhile, downstream magnet manufacturers remained cautious with their procurement, having limited capacity to buy at high price levels.
In the Dy and Tb markets, prices fluctuated within a narrow range. Dy Oxide prices showed a weak decline, while DyFe alloy prices remained stable. Downstream purchasing intent was subdued, with many inquiries centered on price reductions. The Tb market stayed relatively stable, with mainstream quotes holding firm, though metal manufacturers struggled to sell at higher prices, resulting in few actual transactions.
