On April 2nd, Asian Metal reported that the average quoted prices for PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal remained unchanged at 442,500 yuan per ton and 543,500 yuan per ton, respectively, compared to the previous working day. The PrNd market continued to run steadily. On the oxide side, prices held steady while inquiry activity saw a modest uptick, and low-priced supplies became tighter. Cost-side support remained acceptable, and metal manufacturers maintained stable quotes; however, overall inquiry enthusiasm stayed low, with downstream purchases driven primarily by immediate requirements.
In the Dy and Tb markets, prices trended upward. The oxide market exhibited firm sentiment as large manufacturers entered the market for procurement, pushing mainstream quotes higher and leading to upward adjustments in metal prices—although high-level transactions still faced some pressure.
