The PrNd market remained weak, with oxide prices trending downward amid continued pessimism among merchants. Low-priced offers gradually surfaced, reflecting a lack of firm support on the raw material side, which in turn led to a corresponding drop in metal quotations. Inquiry activity stayed muted, and overall shipment volumes were sluggish.
Meanwhile, Dy and Tb prices continued to decline as the market extended its downward trend. Metal producers faced mounting challenges in moving inventory, while merchant sentiment remained cautious and reserved.
