On June 13, Asian Metal reported that the average quoted price for PrNd Oxide dropped by 4,000 yuan to 441,500 yuan per ton, while PrNd mischmetal declined by 3,000 yuan to 543,500 yuan per ton. The PrNd market continued its downward trajectory, with oxide prices falling amid insufficient cost-side support, which added further pressure to metal quotations. Market demand remained sluggish, and no substantial positive drivers emerged to support a rebound.
Heavy rare earth prices, including Dy and Tb, declined across the board. The raw material side showed weak performance, and metal producers faced mounting difficulties in reducing inventories. Overall, market quotations trended lower, reflecting a persistently weak sentiment across the sector.
