On June 16, Asian Metal reported that the average quoted price for PrNd Oxide rose by 2,000 yuan to 443,500 yuan per ton, while PrNd mischmetal remained steady at 543,500 yuan per ton. The PrNd market showed signs of slight strengthening, with prices on the electronic futures market trending upward, prompting traders to raise their offers. Low-priced spot supplies became increasingly scarce, although high-priced deals were still unconfirmed. Cost-side support improved, contributing to a modest uptick in metal quotations. Inquiry activity was moderate, but follow-through on actual orders remained uncertain.
In the heavy rare earth market, low-priced Dysprosium and Terbium Oxide supplies became more limited, pushing mainstream quotations slightly higher. Metal prices were tentatively adjusted upward, though trading activity remained muted.
