On June 20, Asian Metal reported that the average quoted prices for PrNd Oxide and PrNd mischmetal rose to 443,500 yuan per ton and 544,500 yuan per ton, respectively—an increase of 4,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan from the previous trading day. The PrNd market strengthened, supported by improved sentiment in the oxide segment. Separation plants raised their offers, driving transaction price centers upward. With solid cost-side support, metal factory quotations also increased. While large magnet manufacturers actively participated in tenders, small and medium-sized enterprises restocked based on actual demand.
Dy and Tb prices also saw upward adjustments, bolstered by tightening supplies and positive market news. As low-priced oxide availability decreased, metal quotations rose accordingly, with downstream buyers focusing on essential procurement.
