The PrNd market saw a slight uptick as low-priced supply tightened and cost-side support remained firm, with PrNd mischmetal quotations moving higher. However, downstream magnet manufacturers showed only moderate willingness to purchase at high prices. Due to cost pressures, metal producers had little intention of selling at lower prices.
The Dy and Tb markets remained stable, with steady overall conditions. Downstream magnet producers continued to push for lower procurement prices, and bidding prices from major manufacturers remained at low levels.
