The PrNd market remained steady, with oxide prices holding firm and supported moderately by production costs. Mischmetal quotations also stayed stable, though downstream magnet manufacturers generally sought lower purchase prices, placing continued pressure on high-end offers.
The Dy and Tb markets remained weak. Market sentiment was sluggish, inquiry activity was muted, and downstream order follow-through remained limited. As a result, mainstream quotations declined across both markets.
