The PrNd market showed an upward trend, with upstream PrNd Oxide offers rising, low-price spot supplies hard to find, firm cost support, metal factories’ offers moving higher, but slight issues with high-level sales, not enough market inquiries, and low buying interest from magnet manufacturers.
The Dy and Tb markets remained in a weak stalemate, with oxide offers falling, poor market support, soft orders for metal products, and pressure on manufacturers’ high-end shipments.
