Axially Multipole Magnetized Magnet

Axially multipole magnetized magnet refers to the magnet has more than one magnetic pole along its geometric axis or axial direction. Axially multipole magnetization can be further classified into the circular type and linear type according to the arrangement of the magnetic pole. Axially multipole magnetized magnet is commonly used in circular-shaped, ring-shaped, or block-shaped ferrite magnet, Samarium Cobalt magnet, and Neodymium magnet.

Magnetizing fixture, also known as magnetizing coil or magnetizing yoke, is intended to serve the necessary magnetic field strength in the specific magnetization pattern. Axially multipole magnetization can be divided to single side type and double side type. Double side typed axially multipole magnetizing fixture is the combination of a pair of the single side typed axially multipole magnetizing fixture. Circular type axially multipole magnet is widely applied to the magnetic sensor and generally utilize magnetic field strength waveform as comparative measurement of magnetic performance.

Linear type axially multipole magnetized magnets are most commonly seen in the magnetic sheet. Due to the limitations of the relevant magnetic properties, axially multipole magnetization applies to enhance the pull force of the rubber magnet.
