Countersunk Magnet

Countersunk magnets are functional shape of the ring magnet with one end surface show as a standard ring and another end surface has an angled countersunk hole. It is typically dimensioned by the outer diameter, through hole diameter, major diameter, depth, and angle. The angle typically being 90 degrees. The countersunk hole serves a convenient method to fix the magnets onto either magnetic or non-magnetic working surface securely using a matching countersunk screw. Countersunk magnets should be magnetized through axial direction.

Material Classifications of Countersunk Magnet

Countersunk magnets are available in different permanent magnetic material, include ferrite countersunk magnets, SmCo countersunk magnets, and Neodymium countersunk magnets. The last two options are collectively referred to Rare Earth countersunk magnets.
