Cross Belt Separator

  • Cross belt separator, also referred as cross belt magnet, is fully served for iron removal and purification in waste recovery, grain, wood, chemistry, construction, mineral, thermal power, or light industry.
  • Compact structure, easy to maintain, low noise and cost.
  • Special sealed bearing and automatic correction belt will help cross belt separator to work very long hours under the severe environment. The armored belt can also effectively avoid the damage caused by sharply ferromagnetic impurities.
  • The working magnetic field is obtained from the rare earth permanent magnet or sintered ferrite magnet, not from the electromagnet which will significantly save energy.
  • Rare earth permanent magnet type separator has characteristics of the strong attractive force, high magnetic field gradient and stability. It can continuously clean the iron contained impurities from 0.1 to 35kg or even ferromagnetic material which deeply contained material.
  • Explosion-proof type and other specific requirements can be tailored.
