Glue-in Neodymium pot magnet is built with disc magnet embedded in a high-permeability stainless steel shell. Steel shell can avoid brittle sintered Neodymium magnet from cracking or chipping during repeated shock and improve pull force simultaneously. The pull force of glue-in Neodymium pot magnet is slightly higher than either Neodymium pot magnet with countersunk hole or Neodymium pot magnet with straight hole under the same size due to relatively larger contact surface. However, glue-in Neodymium pot magnets are lack of mounting option.
