Magnetic coolant cleaner, also referred as magnetic coolant separator, is widely applied in machining industry to remove iron and ferromagnetic particles from coolant liquid. It will significantly extend the service life of grinding wheel and machining equipment. Surface quality of products and re-use rate of coolant can be further enhanced. Surface material of magnetic coolant cleaner can be selected from 304 and 316 which is able to work under severe conditions. Rotational magnetic drum can continuously remove iron particles from the material. Magnetic coolant cleaner can be easily installed on the current and new production line.
