An increasing number of vehicles using aluminum engine, but 70 percent of moving parts in aluminum engine are made of ferrous material. The friction between moving parts will generate many small iron debris and then doped in engine oil. Iron debris will be cycling to other parts with engine oil and cause wear. The wear will change the original design parameter of the engine and thus decrease power, increase fuel consumption and noise. Therefore, life cycle of engine and service life of the engine will shorten. That is the reason why installing oil filter for engine. Paper element in oil filter intercept and filter impurities relies on its dense micropore. The smaller the micropore resulted the better filtering efficiency and worse engine oil flow. Relevant analysis results showed that current paper element can only be designed to remove 60 percent of impurities and the other 40 percent are mainly debris. In order to maintain the throughout capacity of engine oil, spring pressure valve in the oil filter will be forced to open when the filter element absorbed too many particles, hence engine oil will directly return to the engine without filtration. Magnetic drain plug will can attract part of particles and further reduce workload of oil filter. In the meanwhile, improve its filtering performance and service life to a certain extent.
