Magnetic grate, also known as grate magnet, is usually installed on hoppers or housing to trap and remove the iron scuff and other metallic substance. Frame and tube of magnetic grate are made by 304 or 316 stainless steel which has excellent corrosion resistance and no pollution. Frame and magnetic tube can be finely polished and thus meet the requirements of food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade regulations. The maximum working temperature of common magnet grate should be less than 80 degrees Celsius. 80 to 350 degrees Celsius also can be customized. The maximum magnetic field strength can reach 12000 Gauss.
