N52 Neodymium Countersunk Magnet

N52 Neodymium magnet owns the maximum energy product (BH)max of 52 Mega-Gauss Oersted (MGOe). N52 is the highest commercially available grade in a very long time. N54 magnet and even higher grades already entered mass production stage, but N52 magnet is still treated as the most powerful solution in most applications. N52 Neodymium countersunk magnet a functional form of the ring magnet with one end face show as a standard ring, but another end face has an angled countersunk hole. Countersunk magnet is generally dimensioned by the outer diameter, through hole diameter, major diameter, depth, and angle. The angle normally being 90 degrees. The countersunk hole serves a convenient solution to fix the magnets onto different working surface securely via the machine countersunk screw.

Magnetic properties of sintered Neodymium magnet increase as the grade gets higher, then magnetic field strength or pull force yielded by pure N52 magnet or relevant magnetic assemblies are much stronger than another typically-used grade N35.
