An SmCo disc magnet, one of the simplest Samarium Cobalt shapes, features a flat, cylindrical form. Measured by diameter and thickness, with the thickness smaller than the diameter, SmCo disc magnets are available in various sizes and strengths. Unlike Neodymium disc magnets, which provide more magnetization options, SmCo disc magnets are primarily magnetized axially, with a smaller portion magnetized diametrically.
